The current theme is letters from LOGOS. The letter must be all or part of the logo of a store, business, or other entity (e.g. university, charity). The more recognizable the better, but of course there might be some logos that are very place-specific (e.g. chain of restaurants that only exist in your city).

Another red one, but a one-letter logo - from the Société de Transport de Montréal, i.e. the local bus and métro service.
