From March 1 to 31, the Brooklyn Museum is inviting artists to electronically submit digital photographs for a unique upcoming photography exhibition entitled Click! A Crowd-Curated Exhibition.
www.brooklynmuseum.org/exhibitions/click/

Click! takes its inspiration from the critically acclaimed book The Wisdom of Crowds, in which New Yorker business and financial columnist James Surowiecki asserts that a diverse crowd is often wiser at making decisions than expert individuals. The exhibition will explore that idea in the context of visual art, inviting visitors to an online forum to evaluate the artists’ submissions. Those submissions chosen by the online audience will be in the Museum exhibition, opening June 27, 2008. Participate!

I'm registered, but am still thinking about my narrative. I'll make a final decision this week.

I'm probably just going to be part of The Crowd on this one. Still have a few weeks, but I don't get to Brooklyn as often as I used to...

But let me help push Bob: go for it! I'll throw a vote your way if I can tell which image(s) are yours... :-)

Oh yea - that's right Andy. There will be no identification of photographers during the voting - that's a great idea.

Andy you have until March 31st - that's a whole month - a month with 31 days in it - surprise us!
