Ever see something in everyday life that reminded you of a scene from your favorite film or show? It could be a landscape, an object that was important to the storyline or a scene that reminds you of a poignant onscreen moment.

This challenge inspired a fusion of photography skills and pop culture passion. In this challenge, we explored photos that reminded us of our favorite movie or TV show.

This is not my favorite movie nor have I seen the most recent one, but these flowers totally remind me of the truffula trees in The Lorax:

this the Olympic Cauldron from Winter Games 2010 in Vancouver... it always reminds me of Planet Krypton where Superman was from. Brings back Superman movie, the 1978 version.

Amazing photos! The waterfall looks so peaceful and cool. I really like the ominous feeling you get in the photo of the Olympic Cauldron from Winter Games. The colors of the sky in the photo of the structure under construction are very surreal. Very nice!

This is a bridge into Rivington Terrace Garden - the whole pace has a Lord of the Rings Middle Earth feel to it, it even has two towers just for good measure.
