That if you set the camera to black and white, that you can affect the tonality by setting the white balance? It's subtle, but it's interesting. Almost like having a built in filter. Custom WB really changes it up. But, keep in mind, that if you shoot in raw or raw + jpg, that the raw file will contain the original color and WB settings if you change the creative settings in SR or open it in another editor.

I almost always shoot RAW and adjust white balance later. I guess I just don't like being locked into B&W since you can convert it later.
