hi tim!

i wanna try kodak's new ektar 100 as well, but i can't find them in the local shops yet... you can buy any on your side?

i've been using plenty different colour films lately, kodak's portras, gold, e100vs, fuji's reala, pro160s, rvp100, rdp, rxp and less common ones like solaris.

on the whole, i prefer slides to negatives for "clearer" colours, yet some negatives give more 'creamy/opaque' colour tones.... not sure if i have explained well. :P

hi eva!

oh i suppose we are in luck in germany. there's a company nearby selling a pack of five rolls at ~20€ ... ill place an order soonish :D

oh i know watcha mean. ive been shooting solely color negative. wouldnt hurt to expand the order with some velvia ^-^ love the magic viewing processed slides ...

happy shooting!

hi! hi! :)

i saw the ektar 100 last time (yesterday :D) i went to my local shop/lab. the package looks quite funky ;) it's sold for 5.90 euro. maybe i'll try it this weekend…

for medium format i'm shooting with e100vs lately. i bought 10 packs on ebay, they're 6 years over. it's still rock'n'roll! pushing +1 is no prob at all.

For 135, I have been using Fujifilm Neopan 1600 most of the time (since I got 100 rolls of that stuff). I also use Kodak TriX and Ilford PanF50. For colour, it has been Kodak E100VS but I am slowly running down my colour 135. Prefer B&W as I like to achieve a grainy moody look for 135.

For 120, almost exclusively slidefilm such as Kodak E100VS, E100G, Fujifilm Provia 400X and some Velvia. My 120 shots have been mostly bokeh plays so colour works better.

the ektar is ok. since it's c41 i guess you can't push it as easily as an e100vs?!

omg, alex, wanna swap? i've got some (old) agfa scala (mainly 135)…

I fell in love with the kodak 200UC
I only had 3 rolls of the stuff...all gone now :(
got ektar 100 loaded in the camera now! 34 shots left, I'm taking my time (whilst being desperate to get it finished and developed to see the results!)
