Group Description

Join the network of researchers, naturalists and photographers who work in the observation of wild birds that have been marked with metal bands, colored leg bands or leg flags, neck bands or collars, palatial wing tags, nasal markers, tail streamers, and radio/satellite transmitters.
This group aims to create a photographic database of birds observed in Europe with Bands, Collars, Rings or Tags.
The photographic records will be a contribution of the authors in the study of bird migration.
You can also make the registration of your observation in the Euring site: www.euring.org


Please inform these elements of your observation::
Date (dd / mm / yyyy):
Country / Province / Location: (or accurate statement on map)
Type of bird (if known) = Scientific Name
Tag (Flickr): "ringeurope-Scientific name" (Example: "ringeurope-Sylvia undata")

2 - Please make sure that the correct date and location are clearly noted in your photo file. You are encouraged to post more old photos, provided you include the date and place;
In addition, we encourage you to use the "Add this photo to your map" tool on Flickr, this is an excellent way for the exact location where the photo was taken.
3 - Please mark your photo with the species name you know.
