I have studied lost of successful people such as Oprah, Jack Canfield, Bob Proctor, Sandy Foster, Joe Vitale and others. One thing they all have in common is journalling.
I journal every morning. I write down my emotions, thoughts for the day, and what I am grateful for. Journalling allows you to express yourself, or vent without others criticzing you and you don't have to worry about getting fired (lol).
How does one journal?
1. Buy a cute affordable journal, and use a great pen. I love gel pens so I have a lot on hand. I also love Color! So Markers, and stickers are my friends! So I buy stickers and bold color markers to decorate my pages.
Do you doodle? If so, doodle away inbetween paragraphs,on the side of the pages, anywhere you feel creative.
2. Now start your journal page off writing at least 5 things to be grateful for. It doesn't have to be complex. Simple as: "I'm grateful for air.", or I'm grateful for my car. Once you start journalling, you could see a huge change in your life. I noticed I am more peaceful, and enjoy journalling.
3. You can start a journalling group with your friends. Get together once a week and discuss various topics and journal about the topic all week. When you meet again, discuss any events or results that may have occured regarding the topic.
Men can journal too, and should journal. Journalling is ont for whimps. Journalling is for people who are not afried to get in touch with the emotions and inner spirit.
