I was part of a and ran several very successful online quilting bees back in 2008-2012. I took a long break to focus on a move and a new baby but I am itching to make new quilting friends again.

I haven't been sewing in quite a while and am looking to de-stash my sewing closet. So, for anyone in the Washington DC area...I am looking to sell 90 cuts of premium quilting fabrics by Amy Butler, Tina Givens, Heather Bailey, Joel Dewberry, and others. Most cuts are between 1/2 yard to 1 yard in size. They have been kept in a smoke-free, pet-free environment....
Where have I been???? I didn't know anything about virtual quilting bees until I saw several on Flickr. Of course they were already closed, since most started the first of the year. I really want to join one if a group will be opening up. Let me know if you know where I can look.

So, what do you say at the post office when they ask you what is in the envelope? I have found that different employees seem to sometimes charge different rates and I have no idea if it based on my answer.
