There's a scavenger hunt in the St. Clair Superior neighborhood on July 28th. Noon-4pm. There will be Southern food and prizes, too.
This seems like a great chance to explore an interesting neighborhood. Normally, I go there with a specific destination in mind and I drive past the same familiar things. The last time I took a wrong turn I ended up on a ghost street with ancient storefronts and the abandoned home of the Cleveland Chinese cultural society. There's also lots of retail development including a new Asian shopping plaza. And there are the pig sculptures for those who appreciate a nice fiberglass pig.
