Hey I live near Seattle and a buddy and I go out picture takeing every so often. We have been running out of new locations to go see in and around the Seattle area. Dose anyone have any good sugestions of best locations to go?
What type of photography do you plan on doing? Big wide-angle cityscapes? Or at the street level?
Lots of good photo ops in the city:

Golden Gardens - sunsets, ships
Ballard Locks - up close and personal with boats, ships
Discovery Park - former Navy installation, lots of cool stuff there
University of Washington campus & the Ave - Architectural, street photography, go in groups if you're packing expensive camera gear on the Ave.
Ballard/Fremont/Upper Queen Anne/Wallingford - great neighborhoods with quaint commercial strips.

I have a blog about interesting photo spots in and around the Seattle area. - www.seattlephotoadventures.blogspot.com. I think you will find it useful. If you find new spots let me also know so that I can add it to the blog.
