SAFEphotos ADMIN August 21, 2015
A collection of images showcasing Nepal's cultural heritage, especially before the 2015 earthquake. SAFE hopes that, as Nepal rebuilds, tangible links to its past are still visible and accessible. Please note that these photos will be shared via our social media channels; by adding your photographs, you agree to have your work shared. Photo credits always included.
Group DescriptionThis group is dedicated to documenting Nepal's imperiled cultural heritage, one of the most far-reaching and long-lasting consequences of the earthquake which devastated Nepal in April, 2015.
SAFE/Saving Antiquities for Everyone invites you to contribute photographs and videos of Nepal before the earthquake, of the people who helped define the country and how they lived. We aim to gather images of temples, sacred sites, landmarks, and homes, and of the people prayed, learned, worked and played there.
Since these are contributions from photographers worldwide, please observe our group rules before downloading these images and contact us at email@example.com if you would like to use them in any way.
SAFE/Saving Antiquities for Everyone is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving cultural heritage worldwide.
