Group Description

Modern Healthcare's Flickr group is a place to share photos and short videos related to healthcare services, subject to the group rules.

***************************************
Rules for posting to the group pool
***************************************

1.The Flickr member must identify herself/himself by name, organization and title.

2. By submitting photos and video submitted to the Modern Healthcare group pool, you agree that these materials become eligible for use in any Modern Healthcare or Modern Physician publication.

Please note: You still retain copyright to the photo.

3. Members submitting content to the pool must certify that they or their organization own the copyright to the photo.

4. Photos and video should identify any person who is clearly recognizable in both the tags and the caption, up to a limit of five persons; content with larger groups should describe the persons in some way (e.g. General Hospital's third-shift emergency department nurses or billing and collections team). The caption must also provide context for the photo or video by describing when and where it was captured. Captions should include the titles of the persons identified within, although this is not necessary for the tags.

If it is not practical to identify all of the persons in an image, consideration will be given to photos that provide some identification and context that explain the photo to viewers.

5. All submissions must also include the tag “Modern Healthcare magazine.”

6. Photos of healthcare supplies, equipment or other products will be rejected if, in the opinion of the administrators, the photos are nothing more than advertisements for the products.

About
*******

Modern Healthcare is the industry's leading source of healthcare business news. As a weekly news-driven publication, we report on important healthcare events and trends as they happen—not a month later. Our readers use the information to make informed business decisions and lead their organizations to success. It's for this reason that Modern Healthcare is ranked No. 1 in readership among healthcare executives and deemed a "must-read publication" by the who's who in healthcare.

The print publication, combined with robust internet products and custom e-newsletters, provide a powerful and all-encompassing industry presence. We ask the tough questions and provide more than just a news report - we deliver in-depth analysis and a look into what's happening next, so readers can understand the impact these issues will have on them, their organization and the entire industry.
