heart on my piece says:

people who would snitch will do it with or without the reward money. and it probably will take an act of congress to even get the money from the city. it takes months and months for them to get a conviction IF they even get one at all... and without a conviction theres no reward money.

S.E.D. is a group administrator S.E.D. says:

What a waste. Maybe this is why mplsLE is asking for more money: 'cuz they are using all there 911 resources / officers on bullshit like this.

All this will do is burn tax dollars & turn into many versions of 'the boy who cried wolf.'

Hmmm...I wonder what would happen if we all started using 911 as a snitchline against the mplsPD? In theory it may prevent officers from double parking but I doubt it.

S.E.D. you know my luck. I was on Lake Street tonight taking some Polaroids of this cool building that was buffed and a cop pulls up and starts staring at me. I'M TAKING A FUCKING POLAROID, RELAX. No wonder I don't put up anything anymore.

Putting the concerns of street artists and writers aside, just how high on the list of police priorities is this? I mean, are they leaving the station in the morning with graffiti as the main thing on their minds? That's actually really scary. I want the cops to be worrying about robbery, assault rape, etc., not graffiti.
