Is fern leaf peony medicinal or does it fit other area of your group.

Yes, Paeonia tenuifolia is described as medicinal plant in regions where it grows: Ukraine, Caucasus, Russia.
Leaves, flowers and parts of roots are used, of cause, with caution, especially if used internally. The plant is also toxic for cattle.
Medicinal properties: bactericide, spasmolytic, painkiller, protistocide (anti-protozoa), expectorant. Earlier it has been used for treatment of tuberculosis and veneral diseases in folk medicine too.
