Group DescriptionThis is a group for the wonderful and obscure Lonely Lisa doll.
She was designed by Miss Rose of Royal doll and originally released in 1964, with a re-release in 1972.
She was rather obviously inspired by Margaret Keane's work as she looks exactly like the children in her paintings. She came with a wrist tag that read "My arms long to hold you, I'll bend to your touch. Please take me home. I'll love you so much. I'm lonely, Lisa."
Feel free to post pictures of any version of Lisa you have, as well as her friend Robin. Pictures of the clone "Love me Linda" by Vogue are also very welcome!
