I would be interested in the Alfred Stieglitz exhibit. I have off every other Monday so a Monday daytime would be best for me.

A copy of the email I received regarding a visit to the Allentown Art Museum....

Hi Ricky

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the possibility of your group meeting at the Allentown Art Museum. It would be possible to arrange a meeting here, however we do have some requirements/limitations given that we are a public facility with original works of art:

The meeting would have to take place during non-public hours to avoid any photography of our visitors and schools groups. Given that, our rental fee for after hours use of the building is $100/hour (our not-for-profit rate).
Your group would only be able to take photos of our permanent collection located on the 1st floor – there are copyright issues with traveling exhibitions which are located in our second floor galleries – we do not allow any photography in that area unless it’s a our event (exhibition opening, etc).
You group would not be able to use flash in the galleries – this is one of our standard policies which is common in art museums.

If you are able to work within these parameters, we would be happy to arrange a date for your group to meet here. It sounds like an interesting “field trip”. Please contact me if you have any questions or need more information.

Happy holidays,

With thanks, Lise
