Drag to set position!

anoved ADMIN March 16, 2015
Hi all! Glad to see a lot of activity here after a long time away. Reminder: this group is all about remixes, so pictures of other MOCs that are not clearly labelled as alternates of actual sets may be removed (no matter how cool they may be). Also, please limit to ONE photo per model, so that it easy to see a variety of models when browsing the group pool. Duplicates may be removed (again, nothing against your model - just ensuring equal exposure). Cheers, and keep on building!

Group Description

LEGO Remix is a place to share your alternate models. An alternate model is a new creation you've made only with pieces from a specific LEGO set. The challenge of building alternate models is to see what you can do with a limited choice of parts. Impress us with your ingenuity!

We have a few simple rules:

Only one picture per model is allowed. The picture you submit to the group must somewhere identify the LEGO set you used to make the alternate model. Of course, official LEGO models are not allowed, nor are the official alternate models sometimes pictured on the box or given in the second set of instructions. We want to see your own MOCs!

Combination models are allowed. A combination model is an alternate model made with pieces from more than one set - but you still have to be able to identify exactly which sets are required! Here is an example.

Group Rules

Hi! Welcome to LEGO Remix. Before you join, please read these rules so you understand what's acceptable here.

Alternate models only! An alternate model is a MOC made only with pieces from one or more specific LEGO sets. The point is to see what you can build with a limited palette.

Combination models are allowed. A combination model is built with pieces from more than one set - but you still have to identify exactly which sets are required!

Official LEGO models are not allowed, nor are the official alternate models sometimes pictured on the box or given in the second set of instructions.

The picture you submit to the group must identify which set[s] you used to make the alternate model. As long as the set name and/or number is listed somewhere in the title, tags, description, or image, it's OK.

LDraw or LDD renderings are allowed, but all the above rules still apply - the model must be designed only with pieces from the identified sets.

Only one picture per model is allowed.
