In the world of art imitation is not only an important learning tool but it often can bring new life to something people have forgotten about. The "British Invasion" of the 1960's actually led to a lot of people discovering musicians like Robert Johnson or Muddy Waters because the Beatles covered one of their songs.

In photography we can draw inspiration from a lot of sources, even classic drawings and paintings.

Create a photograph that is a tribute to a classic drawing or painting. Include the source of your inspiration if possible (can just be a link).
