Hey there,

I'm new to the group, but had a gigapan epic pro for a little while now, which we use for architecture and other bits and pieces.

I have started to have an issue with one of bearings in the tilt/support arm which is making a bit of a squeezing/grinding sound during operation. I would assume it either needs a clean out or perhaps a replacement part.

What are your experiences with Gigapan service, price, repair time, response time etc? Anyone that has had a similar experience, it would be great to hear from you :)

I'm down in New Zealand which complicates matters somewhat, so i'm keen to get an idea of others peoples experience before possibly spending hundreds of dollars for postage.
