Here's February's quilt plan! I've admired solid half-square triangle quilts for quite a while, and thought it would be a good option for our circle's quilt. Here are a few samples of quilts like I have in mind . . .
The colors I have in mind are white, medium gray, and a variety of cool colors. I'd like each of you to make two 18 1/2" blocks, each made up of four 9 1/2" blocks. Feel free to place them in a variety of configurations. Here's some samples:
A tutorial for half-square triangles can be found here, EXCEPT start with two 10" squares to make two 9 1/2" hst's.
Let me know if you want me to send some - do you have the gray and white? Thanks, Debbie!

Deb, I have white & turquoise. I think I can get some gray at my local shop. Lemme see what else I can find before you send any. It'll be a good excuse to go shopping! :) Besides I need to get the supplies to finish the January quilts.
So I ended up making 5 sets worth of small blocks instead of 4 so I'd have more room to play around with the settings. So I have an extra 2 small blocks, do you want me to send them along to use on the back or something?
