I picked up a Durst 67s Dichroic enlarger today, so I'm officially setting up a darkroom again.

I'm going to visit in late July, and if the stars align perhaps I will be able to join you guys for a meeting.

What have you guys been up to? How has the DPG been?

You make C-prints Jason? How is doing that at home?

Yeah -- they're difficult. I won't be doing them for a long time out here.

A dichroic head is pretty awesome for B&W, too, though. For difficult prints, it's way easier to dial in your filter rather than do split contrast.

That's cool. I want to try my hand at c-printing, but aside from MCAD, I don't know any public facilities in the state that offer it.

I've been taking a lot of photographs outside and of people. Been out shooting LF lately and enjoying the time it takes to set-up an image. The weather is too nice to be cooped up inside anyways.

Do you not have a darkroom @ home? It's so easy (and cheap) to set one up. Even in MN.

I don't. I had access to my old college's darkroom, but no longer. I don't have any room to put an enlarger in. I can't even tray develop 4x5. My parents have a fairly large shed I'm going to see if I can utilize though this summer.

I have no idea what you are talking about. Is that Analog gear?
