If anyone could offer any insight to this I would be so grateful.

I finished making a wedding album using a template for WHCC press printed books today. I've printed books through WHCC before and have never had any problems. When I went to order the book (which I created using a template) in ROES the page spreads are coming up all pixelated. The files are 300 DPI, saved in JPEG, and the average file size is about 5 MB.

Ideas?

Best to check with WHCC, but it shouldn't be a problem as long as the images uploaded are the correct resolution. It is just the way the images display, I am confident (like 90%).

Again, call WHCC and see, just to be sure the files came through fine.

That's normal for me. It has always done that

I think the ROES copies the file and compresses it for use on their program. No problems with the files!

Whew. Thank you both! I'd just never had anything come up looking like that in ROES before, so I was freaking out a bit.

Same here, the images look like crap in the ROES system. This is normal.
