Does anyone have a 89B/R72 filter I can use for an evening? Any shape or size will work.

I have a 52mm Hoya R72 that you can borrow. What are you doing with infrared???

Experimenting with Blackout Photography. The 87 gel I have seems to be cutting off more IR then my film can handle. Hoping to get better results with 720nm or 700nm filtration.

So you could take flash photos in a movie theater and nobody would be the wiser, yet you would get exposed shots. Nice.

What kind of range can you expect to get with the flash?

Which range? Distance or spectral?

I'll see if the flash is putting oput enough IR light once i get my hands on an R72.

I expect the distance to be small. But if I can get an image with the R72, I'll upgrade to the larger unit and get more output. Then it'll be a matter of seeing how far I can push process.
