What can I say? I have a lot of extra gear. It's a pain in the butt to sell stuff.
This is 620 folding camera. Shutters speeds are about 1/2 stop on the slow side, typical for a shutter of this vintage. You'll have to respool 120 film onto 620 spools or do some creative spool trimming (I've done both, although I don't think I've ever tried trimmed spools in this camera).
I hope to give this to someone who wants to try shooting MF film in a fully manual camera... not someone who wants to try to sell it. It's essentially worthless, anyway.
Nice! I bet you never crimp the paper anymore, either.
The Vigilant's shutter may need some love to get the speeds right on. I've never been able to clean a leaf shutter without killing it, but I know that Kip has resurrected one using the Certo6 soak-in-naptha method.
I'm thinking about selling all my MF gear that has any value and investing in a Hassy 500C or Mamiya RB67 system. Folders are nice, but I think I would rather go with a "system" camera.
