I found a roll of Verichrome (for those who know what I'm talking about, ORIGINAL Verichrome, not Verichrome Pan) in a box of darkroom supplies that I got at a rummage sale. Verichrome was discontinued in the early 1950s, so this film is at least 50 years old.

I decided to have a go at developing it tonight, and I found that three of the 8 images on the roll were still visible! Stay tuned, I will scan them and post them tomorrow evening.

Back in Photography school, I hand processed a Kodak 126 roll that came from a girls deceased fathers vietnam stuff. It was like stepping back in time! Not to mention she was very happy!

Several years ago I bought a Kodak Tourist that had an old roll of finished 120 in it. Given that it was C-41, I knew it wasn't going to be any earlier then the 70's, but still, I was hoping for some gem of an old photo.

The vehicle on the photo that was still good wasn't nearly as exciting as yours
