Simplicity doesn't really catch my attention, but it's definitely professional. I wouldn't want to see this as a watermark though...
then again I just hate watermarks. I think they take away from a photo even though they're sometimes necessary.

Don't mind me.

I like it, but the text effect you are using is not so settling.
I would take that efffect out and use plain text.

Why not use this:

i've done grads for people for a few years but haven't really put anything together as far as a logo or anything goes. i'd like to get some cards made and get a web site up and running this spring

#2 is much better. #3 doesn't work for me with
photo

It splits it into two words, which doesn't flow well at all IMHO.

I'm not quite sure why people never capitalize their names when they do watermarks in a "professional" clean way...lol

i don't like capital letters lol

i've noticed this habit is hard to break when writing papers for comp lol
