I would make the entire background one picture and put your information in an empty spot in the picture, or just put a semitransparent box behind the info.

me likes 4 and 5 also, and agree with getting rid of dead space.

5 is majestic

Thanks for the feedback everyone.

I personally like the dead space of #4 but that's just me. My vote goes to #4 because even though #5 has a really cool photo on it. It just seems like a little to busy. To much busyness on it and you have to rotate it to see info.

I went a bit cleaner with #4

Well what exactly are you trying to market... What kind of photography
admin
I want to market Boats in Grass with stormy clouds photography. J/K

I only shoot nature/landscapes for money at the moment. I don't want my business card to reflect anything else. I don't shoot portraits, food, products, etc... for money.

I still like the black version but with the white I guess you can also write down any additional info if needed then. Which is a plus.

#4 -- the negative space makes your name and info pop out more. I do like the black better.

OK, so we have seen the front, what are you putting on the back, if anything?

The back will be blanco. It is a great space for people to jot notes or any other info they may ask or require.

Ah, well in that case, i would go with the #4 black. It looks very pro to me.

Like with all photography it's a balance thing. I think number 5 SCREAMS K E E P M E !! Finding a reason for someone to keep your card is really the goal, nice image btw. My business card has 3 images on them along with all the other stuff and web site info.

Also # 3 in white be good, just not as forceful.
admin
I would take away the framing on the photo itself. or make it much thiner.

Give me #3, but your more prolific with the natural landscapes. I like a business card that stands out - the black does it for me. Brian calls it negative space. Math teachers.

LOL -- I was being an artist at that moment with that comment, Ted! :)

I prefer the negative space, always have when it comes to different forms of art.
I am pretty sure I have locked into #4 but I will use a simpler font.

Thanks everyone.

I like the current font for #4 but the only thing I wonder about it is if there was less border or no border. I'm not sure if I'd be better or worse. Just something I wouldn't mind seeing a comparison of.

i like both 4 & 5 but the white version of #4 definatly pops more.

your number is really 1234567?
admin
Ha - No, that is the online version.
I don't mind if any of you have my number, but I don't want to broadcast it to the millions of others on Flickr.

i dig the simple design, but you should have gone with 867-5309.
admin
I tried to get that number, but apparently some Assistant manager at a Qwest Kiosk already has it.
