I've spent the last couple of days working with Elements and there are some cool things, but I am not super thrilled with some of the tools. The crop tool in particular is annoying me. In Picasa I can crop a photo and then if after doing other processing I realize I don't like the crop I can go back and re-crop the picture without undoing all of the other processing. Is there a way to do this in Elements? If there is I can't seem to figure it out. Also, is there a way to adjust the crop without having to reset the crop over and over until you get it right? As in, moving the lines in and out without having to create a whole new crop?

I posted a picture today of a sunflower that I have been working on, so check that out please and let me know what you think. I still don't like the crop on it, but I am tired to looking at it.

There is a forward and back arrow in the toolbar (along the top). Also you should be able to get a history window and you can jump to any place in the editing session.

I'm an apple user and the windows may be slightly different. Check out this site, the podcasts, available in itunes, are pretty good.
Yeah, I used the back arrow to go back to re-crop, but then when I re-did the crop it erased the rest of the processing I had done and nothing was showing up in the history so I could see what I had done. Since I first worked on the photo on Friday and then went back to finish it this morning I couldn't remember what steps I had taken to get it looking the way I did.

Thanks for the link, I will check it out.
Probably the best suggestion I can think of is to edit the photo and crop last.
This works really well for me.
Now why didn't I think of that? LOL. Thanks Shawn! I guess I'm just so stuck in my routine that it didn't occur to me to crop last.
