I suggest we start posting the exif information with any picture that is posted to the DPG group.
Being able to see the settings used to get the shot will help everyone learn, especially those who are starting out.

Example -

F/16, 1sec, iso200, Aperture Priority

I say this mildly, not critically. I don't think it is a bad idea, but I don't think it is an enforceable issue, nor one that I think anyone wants to police. I wanted to look the exif data on your golf shot but not only was there no data but the image itself was blocked. I've seen long debates elsewhere on flickr about revealing exif data, and lets just say there are plenty of legit treasons to not do it. The long and short, if you have questions about a given shot just ask.

have fun up north

I know at least in my posts the exif data is always available automatically. I think it depends on how you process your shots. I also know if it didn't do it automatically I would not take the time to post this... I'm just not the type to look this info up and then post it. I have enough of a time finding anything to say at all. Just my thoughts.

Mine is available if you just click on the properties of each photo. I agree with Moe though, if it isn't uploaded automatically I don't have time to figure that out and keep track of it. I could see it being helpful to people like me (assuming that the photo hasn't been processed much or at all), but on the same token I am one that learns best by just doing it myself or having someone show me in person.

my noise software takes out the exif data, and also only lets you save the jpg at 90% quality. I guess that's what you get for free?

just shot 2 rools of film, didn't take a note. Will scan some of them. I also was interested in the golf shot but no data. It was very cool.

sometimes it is fun to look at the exif data of others photos... however, most of the time, when i process mine in photoshop, it gets scrubbed out... as a result of the processing. i am way to lazy to upload the info as a routine, however, would always be willing to share if anyone was specifically curious.
