I use the above inkjet paper in combination with the Epson Artisan 50 Inkjet Printer. I like the Glossy for my "colorful" images of most any subject but people.

For portraits I use Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper....

Just today I made 3 images in Black & White using Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper Glossy....This was done on the Epson Artisan 50 Inkjet Printer (an inexpensive level printer/not one of Epson's top shelf printers.

I am rather pleased with the Black & White prints on Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper Glossy...

This is a pastime for me. I don't sell my work. Therefore I do not have to be super critical based on what the client expects.

QUESTION: Do you create black & white prints on an Epson printer? What paper(s) do you use for your B&W images???

From my own experience with several paper surfaces, I moved to Epson Luster or similar third Party papers. This surface is less sensitive for scratches. But a General Info: I do B/W prints only on printers with 3 different grey inks
