Welcome to the Flickr Pool for the "Be Like Julia, Cook Like Julia" contest. In Julie & Julia, Julie Powell hosts a few Julia Child–inspired dinner parties for her friends. Be Like Julie and upload pictures of your own dinner parties featuring recipes from Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking. You could win Julia Child's entire cookbook collection and a Le Creuset French oven from Williams-Sonoma (see group rules)! Bon appetit!
Group DescriptionTake a page out of Julie Powell's book and throw your own Julia Child–themed dinner party, with recipes straight out of Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Add pictures of your dishes, menus—even your sauce-covered kitchen!—to this pool and be entered to win Julia Child's entire oeuvre. This includes Mastering the Art of French Cooking, My Life in France, Julia and Jacques Cooking at Home, The Way to Cook, and Julia's Kitchen Wisdom. We'll even throw in a Le Creuset French oven, like the featured in Julie & Julia!
