I have always made my choc.chip cookies to be about two to two and a half inches in diameter.... however, I would like to make some that are larger, maybe 3 1/2 inches? Do I just make a bigger ball of dough? would that bake all the way through or spread out too much? I know I should know this, but I've never made the bigger cookies with this type of dough. any suggestions? thanks.
