Ilford Special Run

Ilford is doing a special run of odd size films. 2.25x3.25 is one of the sizes. You have to preorder thru someone like Freestyle, but you can get FP125 and HP400 for your Century. Here is the Freestyle info on it.

Do you get a very different experience or result from shooting 2¼x3¼ as sheet film instead of roll, or do people do this out of loyalty to the equipment? I don't mean any disrespect - I have a quarter-plate camera myself, but that gives me a modest increase in size as well as a different way of working. On my Century I've only used roll film.

You know with me it is just that my Century does not have a rangefinder. So I focus through the ground glass and find sheet film easier because of that.

If I add a rangefinder or get one with a rangefinder I will probably use my 120 back.
