Just to let you guys know, there are new Genesis models coming up, with the following improvements (as far as I understand):

– shorter flash duration, at least at low power settings
– LED modeling lights instead of the tungsten bulbs
– power control via an optional radio remote (uses 3 AAA batteries)
– multi-voltage, i.e. the same models should be usable worldwide
– faster recycling (< 1 second)
– high-speed mode
– stroboscopic mode
– power settings now in stops (1/10th increments)

While this looks like a great update to me, I'm hoping for a dual mains/battery powered model like the 300B to follow soon.
