From The Columbus Dispatch, March 14th

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

2 pounds small potatoes (fingerlings, Yukon Gold or Red Bliss), with peel
Salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut in pieces
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese or 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard (optional)
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Cook potatoes in a large pot of boiling salted water for about 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Return to same pot to dry. Crush potatoes with a wooden spoon. Stir in butter, oil and cheese or mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
