Lately I have read passionate blog posts, waxing poetic about the best coffee. I totally get it. In San Francisco it's Blue Bottle and Ritual. In Chicago it's all about Intelligenstia. What I'm wondering is what makes these coffees so delicious? Is it the beans, the roast, the water? My friend from W VA says it's the water. Thoughts?
