Hi, just to make sure I don't post the wrong pics here:

Handheld long exposures will obviously qualify, but what about long exposures on a tripod, where static objects are sharp and moving objects are blurry? Do they count?

And pinholes? The pinhole setting on my Diana F+ gives such a soft image that it can appear out of focus.

I looked through the discussion topics, but I couldn't find a clear answer to these questions. Thanks in advance for your input!

blurry counts, however it's achieved, so go for it! what we are after here is the psychological aspect achieved through the rorhschach of the blur, leaving our minds to free-associate and interpret, so go for it!
