Bletchley Park Trust ADMIN February 6, 2009
Many thanks to all who have posted such wonderful photos on here demonstrating the unique diversity of what Bletchley Park has to offer and why we need to preserve it for the education and enjoyment of future generations.
Group DescriptionBletchley Park, once Britain's best kept secret, is now a heritage site and vibrant tourist attraction. The work of the Bletchley Park Trust is to transform the site into a world class educational and heritage centre reflecting the significance of its impact on WW2 and the twentieth century. Its profile is higher than ever and visitor numbers reached an all-time high of 80,000 people in 2008, but more investment is needed. Some of the iconic wartime huts are crumbling.
By sharing your photos of Bletchley Park with this Group you will be helping raise awareness of the plight of this national treasure and birthplace of the modern computer and the information age.
