Drag to set position!

Seasons Greetings to all Army Air Corps contributors. Many thanks for your support and for posting some excellent images.

Best wishes to the flickr community for 2011.

Group Description

This group is set up to rectify the rather under-represented subject of the UK Army Air Corps. Please focus on the flying and flying support, rather than the ceremonial elements of the Army Air Corps, since its formation on 1 September 1957. For pre-1957 RAF Air Observation Post (AOP) squadrons, the RAF Light Liaison Flights and the Glider Pilot Regiment, please use another group. Present day and historical photographs are welcome, from any base, anywhere in the world that the Corps has served. Non-UK locations are particularly welcome and if you also know the date it was taken, even better.

If the material isn't yours, please make sure you have the permission of the rights owner and indicate it as such in the EXIF data or as a note. Please tag your entries with "Army Air Corps".

Please don't be offended if I remove photos of Navy Lynx or Royal Marines Gazelles, posted in error.

There is also a different flickr group with material dedicated to Aviation at Wattisham.
