Can anyone help with locating stanchion bases as fitted to the above?
Alloy, with a lip held under the toerail, and a single bolt inboard.

It's a very odd stanchion that seems to be all in one piece (no seperate base) and has two bolts to hold in place.

Not quite sure if a modern base would even fit in this space!

Force 4 also do some stanchions.

Ronan ROBERTS says:

Andrew and Norman, thank you for your replies. No the stanchion base I am looking for has only one bolt, through the deck, most of the support being provided by a lip which fits under the inwardly curled top of the metal toerail. It is not bolted to the toerail. I'm still hunting! Ronan.

Perhaps you could stick a picture on the site so that we could see for sure the design, there seem so many variants that it would be difficult to guess
