Any recommendations?

I will ask Ian to work out a price,
Is it just the roof panels or the window /side panels
The trim around the holes ,, is very time consuming and would be expensive (MDF)

Its just the roof; all in one panel of ply at present, apart from two small pieces under the cabin roof winch/ clutches.

Ron, how do you fix them? Currently, the panel is simply screwed to the roof. We have in mind a couple of battens screwed/sikkaflexed lengthwise to the roof, and then screw the panels to the batten, with the wooden strip down the middle to neaten the join.

Have a look at my photostream I have posted some to help.
Basicly battens sikaed up.as you say,
Remember not to try to drill foam material !
Ian never skimps on the sika ! Brown 291 sticks best ,and he cleans the surfaces first,
He uses bendy strips of batten .floor to roof .to stop droop!,
Remember its 5 mins walk away from blue to his house!

I must admit I cheated and used upvc D section with the imitation hardwood venner and fixed with stainless cups and screws as I need to get into the loft for instrument cables.

Ron,

I have taken the old one off, and can use it as a template. We would be very happy if Ian can supply the lining, but not if it will be tricky for him.

Ideally, we would like something between the colour you have used, and the standard lining around the windows and in the forepeak. Kind of a creamy material. But beggars can't be choosers!

Ron,

I find that Hawkehouse.co.uk can supply the headlining material for £12.98 per metre, and for the main cabin I reckon we will need 3 metres. Its 54" wide. They charge £12 carriage.

Could you let me know if Ian can "acquire..." (as you put it) the stuff more cheaply than that, if not I will get it from Hawkehouse.

We have the old headlining as a template, and I am happy to do the job myself, its just a question of getting hold of the stuff.

Thanks in advance.
