This group is for people who enjoy or want to learn how to use image editing software like Adobe Photoshop. I have created a companion web site for Adobe Photoshop tutorials.
Members are invited to ask questions and answer any they can in the group discussions.
Images submitted to the pool do not need to be edited but they must be invited.
I hope this will be a useful group for all it's members.

This group discussion is for members only.

Group Description

With film, a large part of the creative process happened in the darkroom. With digital photography the darkroom has been replaced by your PC/Mac and image editing software. Some photographers are happy to simply show off their images as they are straight from the camera. Sometimes this is fine but often images can be vastly improved by tweaking them in an image editing program first. This group is about sharing ways of using these programs to manipulate your images for best effect.
My expertise is with Adobe Photoshop but as membership grows I hope there will be many experts in other editing programs so there will always be plenty of help on hand to answer your questions.

For access to a fully comprehensive list of training tutorials and videos why not join NAPP? Group Rules

This is an INVITE ONLY group, if you don't agree with Invite Only groups then don't join

1. No nudity, porn or provocatively dressed people.

2. No images of cruelty, unnatural violence such as war or bull fighting (natural animal hunts and kills are ok).

3. All images posted to the pool require an invite. If you remove your image to repost it then expect it to be refused.

4. Do not hit and run. For every image you post please add constructive criticisms on two other images in the pool. Preferably this should be about image editing. Persistent offenders face being banned. Please use the comment logo when commenting.

5. Please ensure horizons are level unless they are clearly meant to be sloping for effect.

6. Good quality digital photographs only please, Admins and Moderators reserve the right to remove anything that they do not feel complies with the group rules. Poor focus images may be rejected unless it is clearly for artistic reasons. Scanned old photos and family snap shots will also be denied so please don't invite them.

7. No Advertising or Political images.

8. All images submitted must be your own work.

9. No creations made with flickr toys or similar.

11. NEW Over done/ garish HDR may also be rejected. Obviously this is subjective and at the discretion of the Admin or Moderators.

12. When inviting images please ensure they fit the criteria as it gets embarrassing if they are subsequently rejected.

13. I'm sorry but anyone who repeatedly breaks the rules despite warnings will be removed from the group.

Please remember to comment on others in the Pool
