Group Description

On any given night, tens of thousands of people leave the comfort of their homes to brave the elements, drunken yobs, and some of the sketchiest washrooms you’ll ever see to catch independent Canadian musicians in their natural habitat.

CBC Radio 3: Last Night's Gig is for those of you brave enough to bring a camera along for the ride, and an eye for capturing shots so compelling that it’s almost as if you stole your subjects' souls.

In joining this group and submitting photos, you give us permission to post your photos on CBC Radio 3 as well as our podcasts. In turn, we’ll do everything we can to promote you, including always crediting your shots, and linking back to your Flickr account or photoblogs whenever possible.

Group Rules

1. You grant CBC Radio 3, the NON-exclusive right to use your photos on our website, podcasts, and non-commercial broadcasts.

2. You represent and warrant that you own or control your photos and the rights granted to CBC Radio 3 in this agreement.

4. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant CBC use of these images, and that you have obtained clearances from the individuals photographed.

5. You agree to indemnify and hold CBC harmless from and against all claims, demands, loss, liability, damages and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements), including actions for infringement of copyright, any third party claim inconsistent with your representations and warranties or otherwise in connection with our use of your photos under the terms of this agreement.

6. This group has been built to promote and expose Canadian photographers, so you need to be a Canadian resident in order to post. Sorry, eh.
