I got home from work tonight and had that sinking realization that my house keys weren't in my pocket. My punishment for being forgetful was having to wait 2 hours for my girlfriend to get home. Thankfully, the hallway is warm and I had a copy of The Onion (America's Finest News Source!) to keep me entertained.

When 12" of snow falls, they run out of places to put it downtown. So it just gets piled up in the bus lane. Looks tasty, no?
msspider66 11 years ago
Here on Long Island it gets plowed into piles that eventually melt down to that black stuff that is not quite snow, You find it in parking lots or dead end streets,

I am still waiting for a foot or two. I have a feeling that I am going to have to wait until next year.

Bella: Nah, it wasn't that bad at all. I'm just amused by how the local forecasters get all whipped into a tizzy about weather "events".

Mill City park
I was out shooting just before and after midnight, so I was able to sneak in two days worth of pictures in one outing.

I went down to the St. Anthony Falls on the Mississippi River near downtown Minneapolis. The area used to be full of flour and grain mills, but now all that is left is the Mill City Museum and a few ruins from the late 1800s.

Okay, I love the mirror shot on March 28th. And holy sushi, Batman! I want to say "YUM-O!" but I hear that's one of Rachael Ray's verbal tics, so I'll refrain. But really, omigosh, and YUM, and I love sushi.

Saturday may have been unexciting for you, but I have never been to Costco, EVER, so its legend looms in my mind. It must be pretty cool. Then again, I love Target, and consider IKEA to be akin to Mecca...
