Doors of Perception - The Journey

I had started my jouney in complete darkness, alone, my mind drifting gently into deep thoughts when all of a sudden I found myself in a new world of light and sound.
The shift was brutal; I was lost and confused, and fear itself came to overpower me, dragging me whithout mercy into its sea of torments. Oh!, the urge to turn back, and run if may be to my little place of comfort. But there was no way back..... ( a suivre).

On a good day the artist in me is on call
With the help of my crayons I can color my working day
Make it happy, presentable, inviting; after all I live there for half my life

So here I am coloring the vue of my downtown workplace; thanks to Photoshop I do not have to spend the night in my closet under the stairs breathing and bathing in a river of chemicals.

A winter day at 07:00. Trust me, the reality of the place maybe sharper than my output but it does not have the jazzy feel of a sunrise by candlelights. This is truly an ugly place... but then again, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

Doors of Perceptions - and windows too

Today I messed up, big time. On the good side I did not get angry, did not go in denial, and listened while my world was going upside down.

Now, thinking of the event with more clarity than before, I can see the loop, the endless repetition of making the same mistake over and over again.

Deja vu? lol..........

Will I break through one day? do I really need to carry myself, like one of those big story book. You miss one page at the beginning and you do not know that you are off track by a mile. And then its 2 miles, 3 miles and you are lost and you do not know it.

And then it's "Time after Time".........

Doors to Perception - The Journey 2

.... the light was very strong and my eyes were hurting, getting watery under the needles of pain produced by my intensive hand rubbing.

I realized that I was in a train, seated by a window, and trying to comprehend the scenery passing by slowly in front of me. I was still in town, I could guess the silhouettes of people walking about, crossing the street. Colors were exploding in my eyes creating symbolique patterns that I could not understand.

I was lost again, not in space and time, but in my ability to recognize the symbolique representation of this world, getting stranger and stranger......

Doors to Perception

Saturday! should be happy and feeling rested, I am exhausted and frustrated.
Exhausted because I work hard, frustrated because I accomplish little, or to be precise not as much as before.

Getting old is a pain and there is little that I enjoy about it, not to say I hate it all. There is nothing you gain getting older: wiser? lol. There is everything you lose: your body goes first, your face wrinkles, you lose the hairs on your head and get some more in your ears; very useful!!

Then your brain start messing you around; oops!! where was I? slow down in activities like: I remember! no, I forgot; still works for watching sunsets but does not do a thing when a pretty girl passes by. And then it goes blank!! without warning, while someone is talking to you and now looks at you with a new sorry expression in their eyes.

And the pills!!! the @!#!@# pills!! the vitamins D and B and B12 and C, and 3 for the heart, 2 for sugar (no I will not spell diabete), and 3 for depression, 2 for ADD (attention deficit desorder). And more to come... they promised me!!!

You feel like a child again, they tell you what to do, what to think, what to eat, what to........ ahhhhh! do not get me started!!! And do not dare responding to my anger with a sympathetic, pathetic comment!!

Any more rules for this posting!! Yes, YOU leroyer!!! the images have to match the text? what? what? what did you say?

Doors to Perception - The Journey 3

.... I decided to get off the train at the next stop. I did not kwnow why I was on this train and that was upsetting me. Suddendly I found myself on a platform, in a middle of a group of strange people. I realized too that I was wearing a brand new pair of glasses. As nothing was making any sense, I started to walk and followed the stangers for a while.

Wondering about what to do , feeling good thanks to the glasses protecting my eyes from the light, I started to relax......

Time, time, and time again: I do not have enough of it!!!

Ha! I whish I had nothing else to do, because I am having a great time with this project. I have spent an average of 2-3 hours a day on the photos and the text and I cannot go on like that, not with a family and a job to go to 8x5.

So, I worked on the image early afternoon, posted it and just downloaded the text at 22:14

And reading your question again, I realize that I did not answer it. Must be bed time!!!.

Truly I do not know where this is going...... it will be "Pages from a Notebook" at the end of the year. So far there is the doors to perception (see Aldous Huxley), Reality Check: where I can clean up feelings, ideas from my brain cells. I can see "memory lane" coming soon, and more.... who knows? Good enough? Thank you for passing by.

D.O.P - Today's Highlight

Well, I had in mind to take a little walk down to the river, I had my camera with me to take a nice photo of the frozen Bow.

I gave up 'round the corner. It's now -29 Celsius, near 0 Fahrenheit thanks to the wind factor being around 55-60 Kilometers an hour. I froze on the spot! the camera did the same.

My office is warm, I have a cup of hot chocolate, and Photoshop never seemed so friendly. So there...... tomorrow is another day!

Cocktail party!! Yes, that's what I call my pill's time. One pill a day helps you through the day, twenty pills a day help you get crazy! I must be lucky I'm only counting nineteen!

07:50 - 08:00
The sky is clear, looks like a sunny day coming. I just froze my fingers trying to get a snap shot of beautiful Calgary at day break. I also took some pics from the car. I will have to wait for this evening to select one and post it to flickr.

08:05 - 13:00
Madness at work again, support/training/project/dead lines/ so little time.... I took a five minutes break and posted a comment to Phillippe Leryoyer 2007 thread. This guy is incredible, so much energy!!My comment was about "How do you do it?", because it feels (to me) that he is on a unique time wrap system of 24x2 hours a day.

Maybe it's all about getting older, this feeling of time passing faster; you check your watch: it's 8:00 you blink an eye and it's noon. I remember being at school thinking that the 16:00 "out of here" would never arrives, and praying for the time to passes by faster which of course would make the time instantly switch to near stop.

Now it's the oposite, I do not have enough time to do the things I want to do. Maybe it's a sign: TIME IS RUNNING OUT FOR YOU!

15:00
It is obvious by now that my week end will be spent preparing for the project presentation due next week.

18:00
Home sweet home, Photoshop? Internet? flickr?????

What! cooking dinner! taking the dog out! driving Celeste to her driving lesson! and back!

23:00
The shot taken from my car is being posted with the "Today's Highlight" boring text.

Hi Philippe,

It' all under January 6; 19 includes vitamin pills (phew!!). Doctors are telling me I need them to survive, I truly think they are a deadly cocktail, all under health care.
I "remember" (soon a topic for my diary), spending a lot of time in Paris and London bars during that long period in my life where I was not drinking milk. ;-). I do not know if that's got anything to do with my present morning cocktail.

Doors of Perception - The Journey 4 - January 12, 2007

D.O.P.

... the "strangers" shapes moving around me became more familiar, and I could recognize that they were people, somewhat like me but different and unique in their appearance. They were moving about, creating extraordinary flashes of colors of different hues and intensity. I stoped for a while, for I was now in complete awe of this representation of lights and colors exploding like firework all around me.

This is when I realizated that I was not just lost in space and time in a familiar but strange place, but that also I had no memory of myself, who I was, and what I was doing there in the first place. (a suivre).

D.O.P. - Flying Heart

13:00 - On my way to my car, going out to shop for food, hundreds of birds started flying out of a nearby tree. I got my camera out of my jacket's pocket and started shooting (cannot resist the pun). The birds started to fly high above me and going back and forth to the tree, waiting for me to leave. And that's how I got Today's Highlight.

The second highlight of the day: Philippe Leroyer is sending me mail!!!!!! Philippe is writing to me!ME!
Just a !@#@!~# mail to tell me that "one" of my photo was deleted from the group. Again!! Maybe this one will stay published for a while.

Afternoon.

Bankers Hall

Did not sleep well last night, probably too nervous because of this morning presentation which was successful.

Another beautiful day, blue sky, air clear like crystal. I went to the McNally bookstore at lunch time to read some French, Music, and photos magazines, and on my way out the light was perfect on Bankers Hall. I took a few shots and this is one of them.

Another driving lesson with Celeste. There is not much snow left with all the good weather, but she managed to get the car snowbound in front of our garage. The back alley is a slippery hill during the winter, there is a sharp turn to the garage and the car ended up on the side lawn. Funny for me!

Ha! the thigh! oops! the Doors!!!
The Doors of Perception - that's a nice catchy title that Haldous Huxley borrowed from William Blake, to publish his writing ( an essay) on alternate reality. The discovery of a knowledge that we all carry in us, deep inside, and which may or may not change our "perception/ understanding/ symbols" of the normal world that we live through and take for granted. His essay is on mind expending drugs (mescaline) and his discovery on how our mind works.

Best to go to: Doors to learn from the master.
The quest: "Mind at large", I take it for myself as a personal, artistic, and spriritual journey of discovery and self-awarness (and whithout the mescaline).

D.O.R. - West End Story

Wednesday is loto ticket; I do not buy that many during the year, I mostly forget to check them, and when I do I never win. I am taking a stroll by the Bow river, I can see my office building on my right, at the back.

Dylan song plays in my head: "not talking..., just walking...". Maybe one day I will do just that for a while.

I have a love and hate relationship with words, French or English. Words, they sound good, they make music in the air, their printed symbols look good too on paper, but on those rare occasions when I feel clear enough to try to share my world, words always fail me. So I keep on taking short walks, with a camera in my hand.

Doors of Perception - The Journey 5 - January 19, 2007

Doors of Perception - The artist's palette

I was not moving anymore, I least I did not think I was. The scenery was becoming incredibly complex, shapes of lights and colors would come and go in a slow but forceful rythm, like waves after waves rolling out of a giant tide. It was like nothing I had seen or experienced before. I surrendered myself to the lights, the shapes, and immersed myself in an ocean of colors in perpetual motion.

From the light, darkness came, another world in the making. Three bright colored lights where at play at a distance, I followed a yellow line pointing in their direction....

At last I was working late into the night, preparing for the "show with no date" fixed!!!!!

Getting in bad mood for tomorrow, got the kisses, the love, and the cake in family last night. The four of us together for a all day! That was the best surprise ;o)

Being responsible for some of the web pages templates at work, I have been fooling around trying to debug a perfectly good code for a roll-over action to only realize that the programmer using it had forgotten to update the path!!!

Glad to have worked on the image above. It's a crappy day out there, fine rain; I do not feel like walking + plus my boss is visiting, I must be ready "at hand" .

Doors of Perception - Chicago Night - January 25, 2007

Chicago Oriental

Got up early, 07:00 drove Eleanor to the C-train (our metro) so she would not be late to her school this morning.

I am not driving to work, I am taking a cab to the Airport with MJ and we are on our way to Chicago.

It's not that great to travel anymore, airport by 11:00, crappy Air Canada plane at 13:00, arrives at 17:30.

Then a miracle, the Chicago bleu Metro service is by our Terminal
and get us to downtown in 45 minutes for $2.00 each.

It's dark, windy and cold but we are excited and not complaining. People around us are nice and helpfull and ask us "are you looking for something?" before I can say anything. Been a long time since I had such a reception. We/ I am exhausted for a lack of sleep the last 48 hours so the Hotel is on my mind.

Second miracle, the Allegro is round the corner. And next to it! guess what?? A photo to post to my DPD 007.

Dedicated to Ladybadtiming and our dear guru:

Doors of Perception - Chicago Blue - January 26, 2007

Chicago Blue

I wake up this morning with the sun on my face, I look up the window, and Chicago is there, lively, noisy, sunny, and beautiful.

Way more beautiful that I could imagine! A new fresh smile on my face, off we go to the streets and this is one of my first photo, near by in Grant Park, on Michigan Avenue. Not retouched, no time for Photoshop.

It is not only sunny, but it is getting warm!! so we do not go right away looking up the Art Institute Of Chicago, but keep walking around the canal (Chicago river), side streets and all.

First thing first my compact Flash is full (forgot to delete photos), no panic I get a deal from "Ritz", a 1Gig Lexar, 133x speed: $48.00!! Shop found in front of me, lost time 3 minutes.

Fifteen minutes later my battery goes down (5 years old), this time it's Wolf Camera, Coolpix 5700 throw away: $9.00. Shop found 100 yards away. Time lost 4 minutes.

Both incident I took with a smile; no swearing, no tantrum. I am way to eXcited to be in Chicago to let myself go to pieces.

Great original prints at the AIOC, Harry Callahan, Walter Evans. And of course their French Impressionist collection with one of my big time favorite "Caillebotte", the painterphotographer (that's my way to think of him). A huge "Vuillard" all in green, this guy was truly a "Mind at large".

Food is great, people charming, dodo time.

Doors of Hell -Chicago Red - January 28, 2007

Chicago Rocks!!

10:00 - 11:30
A long, slow descent to hell screaming at each other in the streets; for what? nothing truly, childwood's hang up catching up with both of us, bad timing, but it hurts, hurts, hurts, she is crying I am crying, both crazy, hurting, dying a little more... faster, so stupid, so scary, so immature, so human. Screaming in the streets like kids, hurting for good, for what? like life is for ever.....

NOON:
Not a clue why this pic got so perfect to express my life and feeling's today and what the fuck happened! But of course, I should have known better.
Apres la pluie le beau temp!
OK!! ma vie, c'est le contraire!!

16:00
AOWW! shit my camera said, no memory card!!
So I'm back at the hotel getting it, on line blablabla to day!!
And back out to feed myself... on my own.
You believe this!! I nearly walked out without it!!!

18:30
back in my room! nuts frozen!! (not that they are going to get any action tonight or in the next few days! weeks! months!) better think about something else.

FOOD! what else?
If you are in Chicago one day, do not miss "Pizanos" 61 E Madison St., best burger West of the Atlantic ,and best pizza too!! (cannot eat them anymore after my stay in England, where I got allergic to wheat and journalists; for good).
Got a nice ice cream for desert, not my favorite! but my favorite is rarely found in restaurant.

Ouch!! it's a long story; I do not know if the flickr police will approve.
The comment was more of a reminder for me to not forget an amusing but naughty incident happened in a Paris restaurant (where else?) where I was having lunch a long long time ago.

You know, I read something in phillippe's pages and he was right to address the situation: This pages are a "Diary" for me. I would like to put more into it, but where should I stop? On one hand I do not want to offend people, on the other end I want to put as much as I can in this diary of mine, if not what the use for?

And so it is back again to the dilemna: where do I draw the line?
If you want the story, I can email it to you, and/or whoever would like to read it. ;-)

Doors of Perception - Chicago Black - January 29, 2007

Chicago Black

08:00
On my way to my training... needless to say I did not sleep last night. Not one minute.

16:00
Back in my hotel room, the shit hit the fan like expected. No news from home, panic at work for lack of communication promissed for this morning. I am in no state to take some more, so I will lay low for a while; and may go to sleep if I'm lucky.

By the way, what does mh stand for? I hope it's not 4 Hard Manure.

Chicago Tree

I have been working towards my own mix of concrete, glass, and wood for a long while now. Today's pic is one of my latest attempt at it.

Got a UMD movie for my PSP.
"Old Boy" blew my mind (the little left over), and made me cry. That was good, I am feeling better for now.

Two people stopped by today, living comments behind!
I love you too I said each time, your words are magic to my mind.

@ jmarcreichow: thank you for your appreciated visits and comments.
No magic here, just a little photoshop filter (blur) that I used to highlight the kissing profile on the right side. It was like 03:00 so I went a "hair" too far. The trees had decided to be my friends when I stopped to take the photo, so I had nothing to do there. Cropping some to the left and right of the image was my last action.

@Ladygoodtiming: thank you, make the kissing last for you.

And thank you all, and twice philippe, 4 this great 365 -31 challenge

Doors of Perception - Polo's Jumbo Flight - February 3, 2007

Polo's Flight

Her last attempt! recorded on a perfect Saturday morning all dressed up in new white snow.

Combien ce p'tit chien dans la vitrine?

December 15, 2000:
-40 Celcius, snow storm, 06:00 it's a freezing morning by the airport; all flights are delayed until noon. MJ Celeste Elanor and I are on our way to Pittsburgh. There is nothing left for us in Calgary, at least for a long while. We sold our house, sold my car, and we are going to Pittsburgh thanks for a job tranfer.

While waiting (looking) to buy a house we are staying at the "Polo" club on Moon. Moon is the butt of PGH airport and my office is near by.On December 20, I go shopping with MJ, she needs a laptop. We cannot decide which one to buy so decide to "sleep on it". We are in a big mall in the "Green Tree" area and start walking; 'round the corner behind a Window bearing a big sign "Xmas Savings" there is Polo waiting patiently for us. She is 3 month old.

Polo watch TV lying her full body lenght on my legs. I have many cartoons movies but not 'Jumbo". She may have seen it while viviting friends.

When living in London I had a cat called Polo; I found him under a crate of milk on a cold December day (but that's another story).

Ladybadtiming> Polo as in Paulo, like He! Paulo! (male working class nickname best uttered loudly in a bistro like for: He Paulo!, qu'est ce que tu prends? Paulo might answer: Un p'tit rose, vite fait!!"

Pittsburgh: I still have 2 dozens of photos to upload in my stream, one day.... soon. I might take some more during my next visits, but not on my next trip where I'll be stuck on Moon for 3 days of non-stop meeting.

Self

One "self"! one for every month of the year should prepare me gently for my next birthday.

Another sunny day.
Took Elanor for a driving lesson. I pretend that I am the driving instructor and she pretends that she is passing her test (it's in 10 days). She is doing well, she only failed her test 3 times today.

Celeste just failed her driving test by running through a RED light.

She said, the instructor was an asshole I did not like him!
I said, I like your spirit girl! but this is getting nowhere, let's rethink the situation, maybe we make a plan for next time!!

Doors of Perception - Eleanor - February 5, 2007

Eleanor

It's 06:45 and we (I am) are late. Ela managed to get to the shower before me, so I had to wait 15 minutes for nothing as the water was still cold for my turn.

Eleanor is my eldest daughter, she is nearly 20 and came back home so she could get to a special 3 month training downtown. We drive to downtown and have a coffee by my office, small talk and she take a 10 minutes bus to her school.

I enjoy this buddy time with her, and try to make the best out of it before she disappear again to her next adventure.

Lightning strike in my head like all great ideas do, and I pick up my camera; before Ela can say no, I am already taking photos. She is in front of her mirror retouching her make up, I just found my hair dryer.

I was supposed to be in the reflection in the mirror, but I missed the shot (pressed with time!!) and probably ended up with a better portrait.

Doors of Perception - Red Coat Walking - February 6, 2007

Red Coat

Am I one day behind here? Yep! No wonder I'm kind of going through a crazy patch at work!! Out of step again!! They already think I'm odd, this is not going to help my deadlines.

Took a break at lunch time; cold, windy with chances of flury as they say on Calgary Global News. She was looking so fragile in high heels, fighting the wind from the street corner; the camera with me as always, this is one of my better shots from my outing.

From the lunch time shopping: (all on 60% sale)

DVDs:
David Lynch 1997 "Lost Highway" - Bill Pullman, Patricia Arquette

Jan Kounen 2004 "Renegade" - Juliet Lewis and Vincent Cassel.
Yes! Cassel in a weird, violent american western, kind of bordeline existensialism with a touch of Carlos Castaneda mescaline adventures.

Oliver Stone 1991 "The Doors" special 2 discs edition, for the price of 2 chocolate bars.

A new anime "HellBoy" with voice over by Ron Perlman and Selma Blair. I only buy top Mantra (they are not many), but this one as Guillermo del Toro producing. Could not resist!

Looking at my list I have a problem: how and when am I going to find the time to watch them all?? Philippe? help!!

CDs: no problem for music I have a pair of Shure head phones attached 10x24 to my hears.

For the Teleman with Marc playing cimbalo, she said: Do not worry Christian I'll get it for you by next week. So now I'm worried for good.

A discovery (for me): Kelly Joe Phelps; you may have never heard of him, or it's just me coming out of my shell! The most beautiful blues guitar playing I have ever heard, a great voice and a terrific song writer. Looks like it is a Canadian goodie, produced by Romance Music in Toronto.

Waw!! I wrote all that! I'm supposed to work deadlines today, or are we yesterday?, or tomorrow already? as if it matters anyhow ;o)

Oh! if you have managed to read all those lines, here is a treat to help you build up good reflexes for your next shot! Take a shot at Superman

Doors to Perception - Moon Fall Time - February 7, 2007

Pittsburgh's Moon Fall

Just made it, and maybe not as I am really at odd today with some kind of time wrap experience. Fatigue...

So here is Moon, and why not, as I am going back there in March. I'll be working on a 5 days schedule of back to back meetings. Yes, I'll be stuck on Moon with very little chance to enjoy PGH downtown, the South Side or any other place. Not that downtown is that far away: 25 minutes drive, but after long meeting sessions I generally do not feel like going out for more small talk. I might catch a movie or 5 near by in Robinson.

I took the photo a few years back with a Nikon Pronea S, a nice looking piece of garbadge. So tonight is scanning night, from a WallMart print out. Needless to say the print quality being on the down side, I worked out a few problems with photoshop. I was very carefull to keep the colors true to fall in PGH, Moon and around.

I hope that tomorrow morning I will wake up on February 8, like everybody around me. I need to relax a bit.

Doors of Perception - Reality Check - it's February 8, 2007 - all is well

Day Break

Woke up this morning spot on the 8th! I made it at last!!

-15 Celcius + wind factor, fluries, black ice. A perfectly normal winter day in Calgary. Sofar sogood!!

Last night I went to my first public Meditation class; was told to bring my favorite pillow (thought it was for my butt, but no, was for my back).
Lady told me: Don't stay at the back (she was smiling), take a spot in the horse shoe (not a circle?); 'course I said, what was I thinking!

I am the only male here, the 8 horse shoe middle aged ladies start yap yaping about stomach problems and passing gas during meditation class; and hehehe.... is it not funny?

I'm good, did not walk out. That's when I knew I was in the right mood for meditation.

Do I feel more relaxed? enlightned? you bet.

HellBoy was a terminal case of let's try to make a quick buck. They got that right; too bad del Toro, try again but whithout me.

My music discovery "Kelly Joe Phelps" is a real diamond. I went to sleep somewhere between song 9 or 10. Great dreams of guitar playing, years ago I was not too bad a player.

Ok, back to now, the 8th; cannot write about it yet, it still day break.
Took the photo 30 minutes ago from a bridge I drive through every morning. I had to walk back from my parked car. FREEEEzing! 3 minutes in Photoshop and Upload!!
Rest of the day went well, lotta work done in good time.

Music in my hear today was Gotan Project "Lunatico".
If you do not know them, it's probably because they can only be found in the electronica area of your favorite music store.
Three French musiciens and composers, serious about Tango music. Not only they modernize the sound and push the rythm to it's edge, they always invite other top musiciens from Argentina to participate in their projects.

Doors of Perception - Eleanor 2 - February 9, 2007

Eleanor 2

06:00
Wow what a treat! Instant!!

I like to improvise, I live for it. So I posted Elanor at 00:01 thinking: it's the 9th I can post early if I want. I wake up (very late), refresh this page and :

Good morning Satrina and LBT!!!! ;o)

I'll be back more than once today writing this diary "au present".

Got back up the page reading myself, and Bingo! I did it again....

I was trying to stay truthful but funny writing down my "medidation night"; beyond doubt the worst in me is showing off; a warning to pay attention to. Who do I think I am? At that point I am a middle age horse shoe male, and full of it too.

What else? oh yes! on my way to bed my eyes catch up with the corner of "The Time Traveler's Wife". Box? yes I just brought it as an Audio book (On Sale at $2.50) I could not resist, so now I have a book and an audio. And so I spent the next 30 frantic minutes looking for the cassette player that was broken and I threw away years back. But at the time I cannot remember that.

About Audrey Niffenegger "The Time Traveler's Wife", all I have to say is: if you have not read it: go out and buy, order, borrow, steal this book if you have to, and read it.

10:00
While working, "light my fire" is playing in my head. I did watch a bit of "The doors" last night, and Morrison poetry and music is in my head. The name of the group comes from Aldous Huxley via William Black "Doors of Perception".
My perception on the cause of the sorry death of a talented artist, is alcoholism; on this one I know what I am talking about, but that's another story...

11:30
started like a 5minutes break from mail, voice mail, and admin duties but but I might as well stop all work and go to a movie. I have this constant smile on my face now, co workers already think that I'm odd, now they are going to think I'm crazy, the office fruitcake.

1. started with "light my fire" still playing in my head

2. while on this 5 minutes break, I check Philippe new delirious idea for the 15: the "beast" in me - ok!

3. check Flickr mail invitation to send my best one handed shot.....

that's it! final!! you crack me up people!! end of a working day ;o))

U see it coming LBT? ( this pun is accidental, could not top this one if I wanted to)

Doing my best not to break out laughing, getting stomach cramps!! Seriously thinking going for a movie.

22:05
Hi Satrina! I left the office at 12:30

I did not check the movies properly, so the one I wanted to see "Pan's Labyrinth" another Benito del Toro, was playing in another part of town. I went to Chapters and browsed magazines, photo books, Photoshop books and ended up buying (for the office of course) "The Photoshop Channels Book" written by the amazing Scott Kelby from Adobe. He is the only person who can explain in a simple and effective way Photoshop from A to Z and back to front; and this is the ONE book.
