Group Description

Since the creation of the Empowerment Zone in upper Manhattan in 1994, a tremendous amount of new commercial and residential construction, as well as rehabilitation of existing properties, has occurred. This group attempts to document these changes, and everyone is welcome to contribute content which shows growth and development in Harlem.
