ND Filters.....

My big toe PRO 12:09pm, 31 March 2012
Can anyone recommend an ND filter for landscapes that won't affect image quality. Also pros & cons of graduated or plain ND. I mainly want to use one for longer exposures on seascapes to get misty water.

I can't help you with the seascape but I use a set of 3 differing ND grad filters to bring out the colours of the sky.

I just bought the HAMA Vari ND as a cheaper alternative to individual filters, the first attempts with it are posted here at Nikon D5100 UK(Crickhowell Bridge), taking some getting used to, a bit of trial and error, but overall pleased with the results so far!
