to me... abundance means soooo many things. Initially I had wanted to do a more nature inspired entry... or one that touched on having an abundance of faith... but in the end.. this is the one that went with Brenda's entry the best.( my wonderful partner :)
It is an abundance of light.. as well as speaking to me of a time of great abundance. It was taken at the NM State Fair.. a time when people gather to see the best of the season's crops, animals, craft entries.. etc...and to enjoy the abundance that fall gives.
This will be posted tomorrow on my blog: www.moongipsies.blogspot.com
And here is our combined entry:

I chose this photo because I love coffee so much. When I smell it brewing in my home, freshly ground by my husband, I feel like I am so lucky to have this! I have the luxury to sit and sip my two daily cups in peace, in the company of my pets and husband, in my home where we are safe, and I have everything I need.
I remember reading in "Gone With the Wind" that in the South during the Civil War, they didn't have coffee and had to drink bitter chicory. So something we take for granted, that can be bought in gas stations these days (!), is something I am really grateful for.
