Mac version is badly needed, there sadly nothing available yet to batch download Flickr sets on Mac.
Create a good native Mac app version and it is guaranteed success because it's going to be the only one!

It also ran in a DOS window on my computer. I don't think there is a way to download pictures from flickr except one at a time.

Their is no trial mode, so I could not test it.

It costs $4.99, which is worth it if it did everything it said...

Hey everyone, thanks for your comments. Sorry it has taken me a long time to reply on here - Yahoo/Flickr doesn't notify me of new comments for my own app!

I'd just like to clarify that yes, MyFlickrBackup is a command line application. This means it runs in a "DOS" window (it's not technically DOS but I know what you mean).

There is no graphical user interface. The app was designed to be as simple as possible. I plan to make this clearer on the website. You set it going and leave it to do the work in the background. I could create a GUI but it would take so much effort and wouldn't add anything useful.

There are no plans for a Mac version right now - sorry to disappoint you @Ole-Man and @More_or_Less.

If you buy a license key @rich_new_mexico and find that MyFlickrBackup doesn't do what you want, I will give you your money back - just send me a message. Having said that, I'm confident that it will be able to retrieve all of your original size photos.
