Utata is a collective of photographers, writers, and like-minded people who share a compelling interest in the arts. It started life on Flickr in 2005 and remains one of the liveliest Flickr groups around, with over 17,000 members.

Some of the most popular parts of Utata are the group's photographic projects, with submissions from Utata members being displayed on the group web site, Utata.org.

The Utata iPhone application provides a convenient way to view the various projects on Utata.org, no matter where you are. It's the perfect way to while away those dull moments in life, whether they be long train journeys, dentist's waiting rooms or Friday afternoon meetings. And it really is a great way to see an enormous amount of stunningly good photography.

With over 450 projects containing more than 50,000 photos, there's always something interesting to look at, with new material being added every day.
